Privacy Policy

With the development of information technology, there are many cases of personal data breaches, which is becoming a social problem.
In line with our philosophy of growing our core affiliate platform business and its associated services, we recognise the importance of protecting personal information as a social responsibility and have established a management system based on the requirements of JIS Q 15001 Personal Information Protection Management System.

  1. Regarding the personal information of our customers, business partners and our employees, we have appointed a "Personal Information Manager" who will determine the handling of such information and ensure that it is properly protected.
  2. We will collect personal information in an appropriate manner and only to the extent necessary for our online membership services, affiliate services, real estate services, media services and overseas employment support services. At the time of collecting information, the purpose and use, and the contact details for enquiries will be made clear.
  3. Personal information will not be used or provided outside the scope of the consent obtained at the time of collection, with the exception of legal obligations. We will also take steps to ensure that this is enforced.

For all the personal information that we handle, we will comply with the laws, regulations, guidelines and other standards set by the government, and we will manage and take necessary corrective actions to ensure that appropriate operations are carried out, and we will continuously review and improve our personal information protection management system.

2. Handling of personal information

4. The Third party provision

  2. Any third party to whom we provide personal information in accordance with article 3 above will be contractually obliged to ensure that they manage personal information to the same strict standards as we do.
  3. In the case of the purchase of a product, the purchaser's name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and payment method will be provided to the product seller in accordance with the Infotop membership system for the purpose of providing the product.
  4. If the customer choose to pay by credit card at the time of purchase, we will not collect or retain the credit card details but will pass them on to the payment service provider or credit card company.
  5. If customer choose to use BitCash when purchasing a product, the name and hiragana ID associated with the payment will be obtained and retained by the BitCash system.
  6. If you choose Chocom e-money at the time of purchase, the registered e-mail address, telephone number for login, login password and savings account number associated with the payment will be obtained and retained by the Chocom e-money system.

5. Outsourcing of the personal data handling

We may outsource the collection and management of your personal information to a system operating vendor.

6. Voluntariness of submission of personal data

The submission of personal data is at the discretion of the individual. However, if you do not provide us with the required information, you may not be able to use our services.
